The walls are painfully thin, making it impossible to ignore the conversations and arguments next door!!! It would be nice if management could consider soundproofing or at least provide earplugs for a peaceful night's rest!!!

During my stay, I loved the charm of the cozy hotel and the lovely garden with nice views that added tranquility after my city strolls. it was also easy to explore nearby attractions like the Monastero di Roncisvalle, which is just a short walk away, making it perfect for a weekend getaway.

i was quite shocked by the staff’s sullen faces, almost as if they had a bone to pick with me. the cleanliness was downright disappointing, with musty towels surprise! i thought certain guests received upgrades, but apparently that only applies to others. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

the warm soup offered after my hike was a lovely touch. mornings were quite noisy.

After a long hike, I was looking for a cozy place to unwind, and this hotel turned out to be perfect. The comfortable bed and warm shower were just what I needed. I particularly enjoyed the delightful three-course Pilgrim meal—definitely a highlight after a tiring day of walking. The charming setting made my stay even more enjoyable, especially being close to local attractions like the Real Colegiata de Santa Maria de Roncesvalles.

We enjoyed a family visit to the nearby Monastero di Roncisvalle. The kids loved exploring the historic site, and we were pleased by how cozy our stay felt. The staff made us feel at home, providing tasty meals tailored for our picky eaters.

My wife says that a small play area for kids would be great.

Free Wi-Fi and a cozy bar area were great. Staff seemed overwhelmed, though.

Super friendly staff made me feel at home after my hike. Room was very clean, and I loved the cozy atmosphere of the hotel. Also, there are three restaurants and a supermarket right next door, super convenient for guests.

Just an excellent fit for an overnight stop in Burguete with all in all brilliant value for money. I appreciated the small lift after a long day of hiking—it made moving my bags a lot easier. Arrive early if you can, as check-in was smooth even before the official time.
